A MOTORCYCLIST suffered serious injuries in a road crash involving a lorry at Four Ashes near Stourbridge this morning (Tuesday March 4).
The smash, which involved a black motorcycle and a yellow and black Daf lorry, happened on Straight Mile at the junction of Enterprise Drive just after 4.15am.
Although seriously hurt, the motorcyclist’s condition was not thought to be life-threatening and he was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire for treatment.
The road was closed until 6.45am while emergency services workers were at the scene.
Witnesses are urged to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 53 of March 4.
