A MAN appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court charged with dangerous driving.
Luke Burns, of Turney Road, Stourbridge, is alleged to have driven a silver Citreon Saxo dangerously in Kidderminster with no insurance and without a valid license on September 4.
The 22-year-old gave no plea when he appeared before magistrates on Thursday, September 24.
Chairman of the magistrates Richard Packer ruled the case to be so serious that it would be sent to Worcester Crown Court.
Burns was granted unconditional bail to appear at the crown court on January 11.
