A PEDMORE road is set to close for more than two weeks so gas main replacement work can be carried out.
Dudley Council is shutting a section of Amos Road, from its junction with Wassell Road for about 25 metres, between June 20 and July 5.
The closure is in place to allow Balfour Beatty, working in behalf of National Grid Gas, to carry out the mains replacement.
Cars will be diverted along Oakfield Road, Wassell Road and vice-versa.
A council spokeswoman said access to the frontages during the closure will be “maintained where safe to do so”.
