STOURBRIDGE food lovers can enjoy a giant summer market and outdoor food festival this weekend.

LSD Promotions is holding the event in Mary Stevens Park in Norton this Saturday (July 29) and Sunday July 30.

A host of food and craft businesses will be selling their wares at the two-day event including brand new Stourbridge artisan fudge company Whittington Hall Fudge.

As well as street food and a craft market selling gifts and vintage items, there will also be live music, birds of prey, children’s fun fair rides and entertainment and Punch and Judy shows throughout the festival.

Linda McGillicuddy, director of LSD Promotions, said: “We held the event last year in the park and it was very popular which is why we are bringing it back.”

Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton are sponsoring the event, which will run from 10am to 5pm on both days, and they will be bringing along one of their cars to showcase.

Popular Black Country comedy act The Fizzogs - famous for their hilarious Dancing Grannies routine - are also set to put in an appearance at the festival on Saturday afternoon.

Stourbridge Tennis Club will also be offering free tennis lessons throughout the event.
