BEN Robson knew he'd be up to his neck in romance when he planned to propose to his girlfriend Tiff Cox in front of the giraffes at Dudley Zoo.
Oldbury-based Ben popped the question just as 20-year-old Tiff from Stourbridge had just finished feeding the animals.
Ben explained: "Tiff loves animals, particularly giraffes, so I knew Dudley Zoo would be the perfect place for a proposal. I was thrilled when she said yes."
Ben had arranged the event with Dudley Zoological Gardens in advance and staff marked the occasion by presenting Tiff with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of bubbly.
The Zoo's head of education and presenting Phil Turner captured the moment on camera, he said: "We were delighted to play a part in the happy occasion".
