A NETHERTON woman stole 23 tubes of toothpaste from B&M, Dudley Magistrates' Court heard.

The following cases were also heard at Dudley Magistrates' Court last week.

Nicola Jordan, aged 27, of The Willows, Netherton, pleaded guilty to stealing an electric toothbrush, Febreeze and Coke and 23 tubes of toothpaste from B&M in Dudley. She received a 13 week prison sentence and was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Ryan Jones, aged 32, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to causing £500 worth of damage to a bus window in Dudley. He received a 28 day prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also banned from entering Dudley High Street and Fisher Street for 12 months and was ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

Dean Tromans, aged 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing £40 of washing powder from Wilko's in Stourbridge. He was ordered to pay a fine and surcharge totalling £130.

Matthew Shaw, aged 42, of The Oval, Russells Hall, Dudley, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting two police officers in the execution of their duty in Stourbridge. He received a 16 week concurrent sentence suspended for two years and was ordered to pay compensation, a victim surcharge and costs totalling £415.

Sandra Jones, aged 31, of Oxhill Road, Handsworth, pleaded guilty to stealing clothes from Poundland in Oldbury; £278.99 worth of perfume from Boots in Merry Hill and £8.50 worth of baked goods from Tesco Express in Halesowen. She received a Community Order and was ordered to pay £150 in compensation.

Abdulosalam Abubakir Yahya, aged 18, of Douglas Street, Middlesbrough, pleaded guilty to possessing a three inch kitchen knife in Dudley town centre. He received a 16 week prison sentence, suspended for 14 months and and received a curfew. He was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Craig Love, aged 41, of Green Street, Oldbury, pleaded guilty to stealing £46 worth of pet treats from Pets At Home. He received a conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £135 costs.
