TWO popular Stourbridge pubs have gone on the market.
Katie Fitzgerald's in Enville Street, near Wollaston, and The Old Bank, in Stourbridge town centre, have both been put up for sale.
The freehold for popular music pub Katie's is on the market for £375,000, while the lease for The Old Bank in Coventry Street is up for sale for £250,000.
Eddy Morton, who has run Katie Fitzgerald's with wife Trina Keane for 20 years, said the couple "are just moving towards retirement" but they will be looking to stay in Stourbridge.
The pub has become an iconic music, comedy and arts venue over the last two decades and has been voted one of the top live music venues in the West Midlands and among the top three UK comedy venues in 2016.
The Old Bank, a landmark property, has become a popular nightlife venue and real ale pub since it was transformed sympathetically a few years ago from its days as The Yorkshire Bank.
Sale particulars can be found online at www.daltonsbusiness.com for both properties.
