MADAM - I appeal to all those in Stourbridge dismayed by the closure of the best fish counter in town to write a letter of complaint to Dave Lewis, Group Chief Executive, Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City AL7 1GA.
The reason given for the closure - "company policy" - is in blatant disregard of customer needs and satisfaction.
The restoration of the fish counter would go a long way to restoring Tesco's reputation in a town increasingly deprived of good shopping facilities.
