A BOY has been taken to hospital with 'potentially serious' injuries after being hit by a car in Netherton.
The accident took place on Cinder Bank just before 5.30pm on June 5.
An ambulance, a paramedic officer and a Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car attended the scene.
A spokesman from West Midlands Ambulance said: "We were called to reports of a young boy in collision with a car.
"He was treated for potentially serious, but not believed to be life threatening, injuries."
The boy was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital for further treatment.
