Black Country rush hour rail services hit by signal failure
RAIL passengers are facing delays this morning after signaling problems on the Wolverhampton line.
Trains between Birmingham and Sandwell and Dudley were badly affected however services are now returning to normal.
Passengers are being warned they may still face some disruption because crews and rolling stock are out of position.
