FANS of the smash hit 1987 movie Dirty Dancing can enjoy a trip down memory lane when Stourbridge's Green Duck Brewery hosts a community screening of the much-loved romantic flick that has stood the test of time.

Daniel Kearns, who runs Friendly Neighbourhood Cinema, has teamed up with James Brown of Birmingham's Mockingbird Cinema, to hold monthly movie screenings at the Rufford Road brewhouse.

The latest event, starting at 7pm on Thursday August 29, follows a screening of Damien Chazelle's LA LA Land last month.

Standard entry tickets are £3 in advance or £4.50 on the door (or £20 in advance for a ginema ticket which includes unlimited gin liqueur and mixer or £22.50 on the door).

Check out Friendly Neighbourhood Cinema on Facebook or www.friendlyneighbourhoodcinema.co.uk for more details or to book advance tickets.

The film will be screened from 8pm.
