A FIRE broke out in a Wordsley chip shop.
The fire service was called at 10.56am this morning (August 30) to reports of a fire at a chip shop on Camp Hill.
A fire engine from Brierley Hill and another from Stourbridge attended the scene, along with a brigade response vehicle.
13 fire fighters arrived to battle the blaze, which is believed to have been accidental.
Fire crews remained at the scene to dampen down the building, and the fire was extinguished by 1pm this afternoon.
