A REDNAL husband and wife duo are celebrating after both being crowned world triathlon champions.
Dave and Anne Hughes have secured the titles in the over 65 and masters categories.
Anne, 66, became champion Lausanne in September when she beat more than 40 rivals in her age group on the shores of Lake Geneva.
Not to be outdone, Dave, from the Northfield club Beacon RCC, won the world sprint title at the masters world track championships at Manchester velodrome on October 18 at the weekend.
