DUDLEY Winter Ales Fayre returns this month promising an out of this world drinking experience.

The annual event kicks off on Thursday, November 28 at Dudley Town Hall with the theme celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landings.

The volunteer-run event, organised by Dudley and South Staffordshire CAMRA, will showcase 78 real cask ales, ten real key kegs and a range of cider from all over the UK.

Karl Denning, spokesperson for the festival, said: "DWAF has become over the last 30 or so years a tradition in the borough and very much the kick off for the festive season.

"This year's event will be opened by Gornal Tracy of Black Country Radio fame. Come along and bring a friend or two."

The festival takes place on Thursday, November 28 from 5.30pm to 11pm and on Friday November 29 and Saturday November 30, from midday till 11pm.
