IT has been a long 10 weeks in lockdown.
And while social distancing will remain in place and many areas of society remain closed, some places are reopening.

Monday, June 1 > Walton Hall
One of Warrington's most popular parks has been closed for the past couple of months.
Part of the estate has been used as a temporary mortuary during the outbreak.

The council will carry out a risk assessment on each school before opening agreed.
Monday, June 15 > Warrington Market
The opening of Warrington Market's new home in Time Square has been delayed.

Bosses hope the new food court can open in July and will be following government guidance.
Monday, June 15 > Debenhams and other shops
All non-essential shops can open from June 15 as long as they meet government guidelines.
Debenhams, which made a u-turn and agreed to keep its Warrington store open earlier in May, will open its Golden Square store on this date.

July > Cineworld in Warrington
Cineworld has only just opened when it shut in March.
But the chain says it is setting plans in place to open in July, if government guidance says it is safe.
New measures will be in place.
Odeon is yet to say when it will reopen, so Westbrook cinema goers will have to watch this space.
