A 14-YEAR-OLD boy arrested in connection with a Halesowen machete attack has been released.
Police arrested the teenager in the Oldbury area yesterday (Tuesday June 23) after horrific CCTV of the incident emerged.
They said today (Wednesday) that the boy has been released.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "The 14-year-old boy has been released on police bail pending further enquiries."
The incident happened in Victoria Street, Halesowen, on Wednesday June 17, at 3.45pm.
Police said the victim suffered a small puncture wound to his thigh.
