PLANS for two homes on wasteland in Oldbury have been submitted to planners.
Proposals are for two four-bedroom homes in Salop Street on an area of empty land.
They have been submitted to Sandwell Council by Gurmit Singh, of Park Road, Walsall.
If planners give proposals the go-ahead the properties would feature four bedrooms and a bathroom and en-suite bedroom on the first floor and an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, toilet and garage on the ground floor.
