A DUDLEY road is to close next week as work continues to bring the Midland Metro to the town.
Flood Street will close to traffic on Monday, September 14 as part of ongoing works to extend the line from Wednesbury to Dudley.
Travel bosses expect the road to reopen in mid-October.
The bus stop on Flood Street will be out of use while the closure is in place, with bus users advised to use the stop on nearby King Street.
Traffic travelling in the direction of Flood Street will be diverted through King Street and New Mill Street.
