A MALVERN man drove while over the legal alcohol limit, as well as without insurance or a licence.
19 year-old Morgan Williams, of North End Lane, Malvern, admitted driving with 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on August 8 this year.
He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance on the same day.
Magistrates in Worcester banned Williams from driving for 18 months when he appeared in court on September 15.
In addition, they ordered him to pay a total of £822, this was made up of two £282 fines as well as a £93 fine for driving without a licence, court costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
