PLANS have been submitted to convert a former Halesowen shop into flats.
An application to transform the commercial unit on Cocksheds Lane into five self-contained flats has been put in to Dudley Council.
Under proposals the main part of the building, which is in the Halesowen North ward, would be converted into four flats and a detached garage at the side of the property would also be converted into a flat.
All the flats would have one double bedroom as well as their own kitchens and bathrooms.
The application, which was submitted earlier this month, is from Alastair Brookes.
It can be viewed on Dudley Council's planning website under reference P20/1266.
