THE former Kinver Police Station building is set to go to auction later this month.

Bond Wolfe Auctions is offering the former police base for sale at its next remote bidding auction on Wednesday October 28.

Located in Kinver High Street, close to Stone Lane, the freehold property is offered for sale with a guide price of £395,000 and it comes with planning permission for the development of four three-storey semi-detached homes.

The 0.25-acre site, overlooking Jubilee Gardens, currently comprises a detached two-storey brick-built former police building with a pitched tiled roof and a terrace of garages but planing permission was granted by South Staffordshire Council on July 17, 2020, for the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of four new properties.
