AN open weekend is taking place this weekend at Stourbridge's former police station which has been turned into new homes.

Lovell Homes has transformed the former Stourbridge Police Station into 31 one and two-bedroom apartments which are being offered for sale from £130,000 and £171,500.

An open weekend will take place at the new Station House development this Saturday (October 31) and Sunday November 1 for home hunters keen to have a peek inside.

There will also be an independent financial adviser on-hand via telephone to answer any queries buyers may have, and Lovell Homes is offering a £2,000 tech package with the reservation of selected homes at the event, including an iPad, smart TV and more.

The new homes created include many of the original features from the 1900s building including the external blue doors and the ceiling of the old courtroom and no two plots are the same.

Former police cells have even been converted into apartments and there are some unique mezzanine and penthouse apartments within the scheme.

To book an open weekend appointment visit lovell.co.uk/developments/station-house/ or contact the sales team on 01384 500 482.

Appointments can also be made for weekday viewings and the apartments can also be explored virtually online.
