A LARGE three-storey former office block in Brierley Hill is set to go to auction next month.

The mid-terraced property in Brierley Hill High Street was last occupied by a law firm but now stands empty and in need of refurbishment.

Plans for a 12-bedroom HMO and six one-bed flats had been drawn up by the current owner but the proposals were not submitted to planners and the property is now set to go under the hammer at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions sale which starts at 9am on Wednesday December 9.

The town centre property has a guide price of £195,000+ and is described as a potential residential redevelopment opportunity, subject to obtaining necessary planning consents.

It is among a host of lots featured in the next BWA online sale which will be live streamed via the Bond Wolfe Auctions website.

Bids can be placed by proxy, telephone or internet.

Interested parties need to pre-register to bid no later than noon on Tuesday December 8.
