THE wait is over for buyers keen to see inside new homes being built in Kinver.

Elan Homes opened a show home on its development at The Hyde, off Hyde Lane, on Saturday (November 14).

The developer says it has seen a "flurry of sales in recent weeks and has a growing list of people who want to view a finished example of the homes before committing to buy."

Homes will be ready to move into from April. There are 45 on the development.

On Saturday it opened up its two-bedroom Malham Special style show home (pictured above) to give buyers an insight into the finish they can expect.

Regional Sales Director Tracey Ball said: “In just four weeks we’ve sold five homes at The Hyde.

"These were the final homes that would be eligible for the Stamp Duty holiday or the current Help to Buy scheme.

"Demand is such that homes now available will be ready to move into from April.

"We also have people who’ve identified which home they want to buy and are waiting for it to be released for sale in line with our build programme.

"There are also those who’ve already booked an appointment to view the show home so they can appreciate the high specification we offer as standard.”

The Malham show home features a lounge to the front, with an open plan kitchen/ dining room to the rear.
