AN entire year group at The Wordsley School have been asked to self-isolate for two weeks due to coronavirus.
Pupils in year seven at the school in Brierley Hill Road have been sent home until Monday December 14, a note on the school's website confirms.
The message to parents, posted on Friday November 27, states: "It is with regret that I am writing to inform you that having liaised with the Department for Education and Public Health England, the decision has been made to ask all pupils in year seven to self-isolate for a period of 14 days."
"In view of this, year seven pupils should return to school at 8:30am on Monday December 14."
