POLICE have been searching a park in Wordsley for knives.
Officers from Brierley Hill police team were out conducting a weapons sweep in Wordsley Park, also known as King George V Park on Bells Lane, yesterday (Saturday January 9).
They tweeted: "Brierley Hill Team 1 have been out conducting weapon sweeps in and around Wordsley Park this evening, as part of our regular #OpGuardian activity.
"Knives are often hidden in such locations for use at a later time, causing serious injury or worse. #KnifeCrime #ChooseLifeNotaKnife."
