Sneak peak at new supermarket Company Shop Dudley

Company Shop Dudley, which is located at Castle Mill on Birmingham New Road, is welcoming eligible members of the local community to sign up for membership to shop in store. 

As soon as doors open, members will have access to high-quality, low-cost food and products, including big-name brands such as Marks and Spencer, Nestlé and Tesco, which are on average around 50 per cent off the normal retail price.

Membership is free and open to almost all key workers, including those working in the NHS, social care, emergency services, British Army and prison services, and - temporarily - those working in schools and councils, among others.

In order to reach families most in need across the region, Company Shop Dudley has also extended its membership to those in receipt of means tested benefits, including families with children receiving Free School Meals (FSM). 

The new, first-of-its-kind for Dudley store will serve thousands of locals across Dudley and beyond, whilst creating 47 new jobs in the area - helping to stretch family budgets and support the local economy, whilst simultaneously tackling the challenge of food and product waste.

Alongside welcoming thousands of new members to the Group, in a pledge to help them ‘shop good, feel good and do good’, Company Shop is also encouraging local manufacturers, retailers and brands to get in touch if they are looking for sustainable surplus solutions for their products.
