A Kingswinford woman who admitted lockdown breaches in February has been ordered to pay £794 in fines and costs. Zynia Louise Maylyn, aged 40, of Beech Road, admitted participating in an indoor gathering of more than two people at an address in Greenfields Road, Kingswinford; refusing to leave the premises and go home. possessing cannabis; and obstructing a police officer.

A lockdown breach has cost a Stourbridge woman a total of £369. Devere Mendez, aged 32, of Brierley Hill Road, Wordsley, admitted taking part in an indoor gathering of more than two people, breaching Coronavirus restrictions. The offence took place in November last year.

A Rowley Regis drink-driver has been banned for three years. David John Bannister, aged 41, of Harvest Road, admitted being over the limit when he drove along Overfield Road and having no insurance. He must pay £72o in fines and costs.

A Dudley drink driver who failed to stop after an accident has been banned for 18 months and ordered to pay £569 in fines and costs. Bodie Lee Johnson, aged 20, of Milton Crescent, The Straits, admitted driving while over the limit; without due care; and failing to stop after an accident which damaged aniother vehicle.

A Colley Gate man who had a large kitchen knife in Bourne Street, Dudley, has been given a suspended jail sentence. Andrew Michael Turton, aged 41, of Tan House Lane, was sentenced to 6 months jail, suspended for 18 months. He has been put on a tagged curfew between 5pm and 5am for three months and must pay £313 in fines and costs. He pleaded guilty.

Samuel Portman, aged 30, of Wychbury Road, Wollescote, Stourbridge, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £169 in costs after he admitted drink-driving in Oakfield Road while over the alcohol limit. He had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the limit is 35. His licence was endorsed with 10 points.

A Dudley drink-driver has been banned for 14 months and must pay £289 in fines and costs. Duaine Anthony Bailey, aged 34, of Southgate Way, pleased guilty to driving while over the limit on the Black Country Route. He had 52 microgramme of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the limit is 35.

Ricki Lee Betts, aged 36, of Birch Road, Sedgley, has been banned for 25 months after admitting drink driving in Lime Road. He was more than three times the limit with 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millititres of breath. He also admitted driving without a licence and insurance. He must pay £230 in costs.
