A MAN from Stourbridge has pleaded guilty to racially aggravated abusive behaviour.

Dean Tromans from Bredon Road committed the offence against Davinder Sangha on December 10 in Stourbridge last year.

The 32-year-old was handed a community order by Wolverhampton Magistrates.

The order requires Tromans to participating in a thinking skills programme for 19 sessions.

He was also given a restraining order against Mr Sangha and pay a victim surcharge of £95.

A woman from Kingswinford was found guilty by Dudley Magistrates of assault.

Donnala Korvin-Fox assaulted an individual by beating on January 26 last year.

The 37-year-old was handed a restraining order and a community order by Dudley Magistrates.

She was also ordered to pay £700 in costs and £100 in compensation.

A man from Wollaston has pleaded guilty to assault.

Jamie Ryan of Richardson Drive assaulted Jamie Wheelwright on September 15 last year by beating.

The 19-year-old was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and conditionally discharged for nine months.

A man from Halesowen was fined £500 after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Liam Cummins of Andrew Gardens drove a BMW on Birmingham Road after a positive breath test showed he was 50 microgrammes of alcohol over the legal limit.

The 54-year-old was also disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs.

A man from Dudley was fined £750 after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Christopher Spiller of Gill Street consumed 7 microgrammes of alcohol over the legal limit on April 24.

The 45-year-old was disqualified from driving for 14 months ordered to pay £135 in costs.
