THE trial of two men accused of two fatal shootings in Brierley Hill was due to get underway today (Wednesday June 9) at Birmingham Crown Court.
Jonathan Houseman, aged 32, of Quarry Park Road, Stourbridge, and Richard Avery, aged 33, are accused of the deaths of 31-year-old Will Henry and Brian McIntosh, aged 29, both from Birmingham, who were found dead in a Range Rover parked on ground behind an industrial unit in Moor Street, Brierley Hill, on September 30.
Will Henry, reportedly the brother of West End actor Matt Henry, and Brian McIntosh died of gunshot wounds, a post mortem confirmed.
Houseman has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder, while Avery has pleaded not guilty to two counts of conspiracy to murder and perverting the course of justice.
