A MAN from Dudley has been handed a four-week suspended sentence after carrying a weapon.
Martin Wells of Sangwin Road pleaded guilty to carrying a knuckle duster on March 1.
The 45-year-old was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and £185 in costs.
A man from Sedgley has pleaded guilty to drink driving.
James Garbett of Northway drove a Silver Toyota on Northway, Sedgley before a blood test showed he had consumed 193 milligrams of alcohol over the legal limit.
The 43-year-old was given a curfew with electronic monitoring for six weeks and disqualified from driving for two years.
Garbett was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and £135 in costs.
A woman from Oldswinford has been a handed a suspended sentence for a total of 26 weeks.
Fauzinah Shafiq of Grange Road pleaded guilty to harassing an individual in January.
She was handed a restraining order and an 18-week suspended sentence.
The 34-year-old was previously given a restraining order against the individual on September 16, 2020, so was handed a further six week suspended sentence.
Shafiq was also previously given a community order on June 18 for the harassment of another individual, so received a further two week suspended sentence.
A woman from Dudley has been fined for drink driving.
Tracey Simmons of Russells Hall Road pleaded guilty to driving a red Citroen on Bourne Street on May 19.
A positive breath test showed she had consumed 25 microgrammes of alcohol over the legal limit.
The 51-year-old was fined £300, disqualified from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs.
A man from Sedgley has been handed a community order for assault.
Neil price of Kings Road assaulted an individual by beating on January 31 and was given a restraining order.
The 38-year-old was fined £760, ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £750 in costs.
