HIGHWAYS chiefs have issued a temporary closure notice for access roads onto Stream Road and Market Street, Kingswinford, while road resurfacing works take place.
Access from a number of roads, between the southern boundary of 90 Market Street and the southern boundary of Fernleigh, Stream Road, will be temporarily closed to traffic on Monday July 26 until Friday July 30 to enable the works to take place safely.
Access to the following roads will be closed for short durations during the work:
Greenfields Road, Compton Drive, Broadfield Close, The Portway, Glynne Avenue, Arlington Close, Stream Park, and Bromley Lane.
Alternative access onto Stream Road and Market Street will be via Barnett Lane and Broad Street, or Standhills Road, High Street, and Market Street.
Access to properties and for emergency services will be maintained where safe.
