DASHCAM footage shows emergency services at the scene of a fatal Quarry Bank crash.
The footage shows more than eight police vehicles and an ambulance at the scene of the tragic crash in which a 50-year-old pedestrian was killed.
The man, who lives locally, was crossing the busy road when he was hit by a black Mercedes estate at around 4.14pm yesterday (Saturday August 28).
Police and medics, including the air ambulance, which landed on Stevens Park, rushed to the scene but the man suffered a cardiac arrest and could not be saved.
The driver of the car, a 44-year-old man, is helping police with enquiries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and any dash cam footage which could have captured the incident.
