THE drugged up driver of this banged up car was detained by police at Frankley Services on the M5.
They were stopped by police at the southbound services between junctions three and four of the M5 and found to be unfit through drugs.
Police said the vehicle looked like it had "seen better days" with part of the bodywork held together using bin bags and tape.
Officers from OPU Worcestershire tweeted earlier today (Tuesday September 28): "B shift - its fair to say this vehicle has seen better days.
"The driver was detained on Frankley Services southbound for failing to provide a @DrugWipeUK and unfit through drugs #fatal4."
