STOURBRIDGE real ale pub The Duke William has been put up for sale.

The pub, situated on the corner of Coventry Street, has gone on the market for £75,000 (leasehold) with Birmingham based Christie & Co.

Since 2009, Craddocks Brewery has owned the popular town centre pub, near King Edward VI College, which comes with its own onsite brewery and function room with bar for parties, live music and comedy events, plus walled terraced beer garden with covered seating area, plus one-bedroom management flat.

The pub is popular with real ale fans and was previously CAMRA's pub of the year.

All fixtures and fittings are included with the sale.

The 10-15-year lease is £75,000 and annual rent is £55,000.
