THE Tab Operatic Society is presenting the musical Anything Goes at Stourbridge Town Hall next week.

The play is set on a gangplank in New York City in 1933, with the passengers all board the S.S American luxury liner bound for England, and it follows Billy Crocker (Dan Smith) and Reno Sweeney (Fleur Petford) who has adored Billy for years.

Jeanette Greenway, spokesperson for the long-running society, said: “There are Chinese missionaries, a gangster called Moonface Martin, and many other interesting characters with lots of singing and dancing.”

The show will run from Tuesday March 15 to Saturday March 19.

Evening performances start at 7.30pm and there’s also a matinee on Saturday March 19 starting at 2pm.

Tickets are priced £18 for Tuesday to Saturday evening shows and £15 for the Saturday matinee.

They can be bought via @seaty.co.uk or by calling 0772241762 or online from the society’s website www.taboperatic.com.
