FORMER pupils of Redhill School in Stourbridge who left the classroom in 1982 are invited to a reunion.
Joanne Griffiths (nee Sayer) and Joanna Lancaster (nee Pearsall) are organising a get together to mark a milestone anniversary since the class of ‘82 walked out of the school for the final time on May 28 to head to pastures new.
Anyone interested in attending or finding out more can do so via this Facebook events page.
Joanne said: “It’s been 40 years on May 28 since we all left Redhill School.
“We thought before we all get too old we should celebrate in style by meeting up. It would be nice to reminisce and catch up on the last 40 years of our lives. We hope to see as many people as possible.”
The event will be held on Saturday May 21 at 2.30pm at The Fox Inn, Bridgnorth Road, Stourton, near Stourbridge (DY7 5BL).
