POLICE and medics were called to a stabbing in Brierley Hill last night (Monday June 27).
The incident happened in Hawbush Road at around 7.06pm, near Hawbush Primary School.
A teenaged boy suffered potentially serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a stabbing.
"One ambulance, two paramedic officers and a MERIT trauma doctor attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered one male patient, a teenager, who was treated for potentially serious injuries before being taken to hospital for further treatment."
West Midlands Police have been contacted for comment.
