TOP rockers The Arcadian Kicks are taking time off from writing new songs for a hometown headline gig.
The five-piece group, tipped by pundits as ones to watch in 2008, have lined up a show at the Rock Cafe 2000, Mill Race Lane, Stourbridge.
The show, on Tuesday March 4, will provide punters with a chance to see plenty of live music plus a DJ set from The Charlatans' Jon Brookes.
Formed in early 2006 The Arcadian Kicks' brand of soulful vocal mixed with powerful guitar, tribal rhythms and silky sax has already propelled them to gigs around the UK and attracted the interest of New Order and Johnny Marr producer James Spencer.
Support at the Rock Cafe 2000 comes from The Shy Shout Shouts and Stourbridge newcomers The Pargeters.
