A PRIVATE car park in Stourbridge has been put up for sale.
The 0.31 acre site in Union Street is being marketed with Innes England Ltd in Nottingham, with offers in excess of £300,000 sought.

Sales particulars on rightmove.co.uk say the site was formerly used as surplus parking for the adjacent car dealerships.
They add that the site could “provide an investment opportunity in its current use as car parking”.
Alternatively the land may be suitable for redevelopment, subject to appropriate planning permissions.
