THREE teenagers and one man have been charged with theft and weapons offences after an attempted car theft in Hagley.
Rehan Quayum, aged 18, of Phillimore Road, Birmingham has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle, going equipped and possession of an offensive weapon.
Shoaib Ali, aged 22, of The Green, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham, has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped, as has Ashur Ali, 18, of Chipperfield Road, Birmingham.
A 17-year-old boy from Birmingham has also been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped.
All four will appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court Tuesday April 11.
The incident happened in Hagley on Tuesday December 6 last year with the four men arrested on the same day in Fairfield, near Bromsgrove.
