STOURBRIDGE’S MP lent a hand behind the bar at a sausage and cider festival at The Swan pub in Amblecote.
Suzanne Webb MP, who was a barmaid in her student days, helped out at the Brettell Lane pub during the celebration.
The Tory MP even sampled some of the 17 different varieties of cider on offer including the Cotswold Cider Co and Horn Blower – a chai spiced cider – which she declared her favourite.
She also tucked into a black pudding sausage, which she said was delicious.

Suzanne said: I always like to support events like these that bring visitors to our town and help drive the economy.
“It was also a great opportunity to meet the local residents, make connections and help out a local business.”
She said she had a “good time” helping behind the bar and she added: “The cider and sausages were a big hit with everyone at this great event.”
