Sales particulars say the property at Oldswinford Cross comprises a substantial corner building arranged over two floors, extending to approximately 9,294sqft.
The building provides four ground floor retail units and a restaurant occupying the whole of the first floor. To the rear there is parking for approximately 12 cars.
The leasehold property, which provides a gross rental income of £85,250 per annum, has a guide price of £300,000+ plus fees.
The property is offered for sale via a remote bidding auction, starting at 9am, with bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.
The auction will be live-streamed on the BWA website and anyone interested in bidding should register no later than 24 hours ahead of the auction.
