A SEVEN-ACRE plot of land on the edge of Hagley and Stourbridge is being offered up for sale at a property auction next month.

The 7.4-acre parcel, on the corner of Pedmore Hall Lane and Hagley Road, between Hagley and the Pedmore area of Stourbridge, is set to go under the hammer next month with a guide price of £69,000+.

The freehold plot, which has been put up for sale with Bond Wolfe Auctions, is expected to attract considerable interest.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This relatively rectangular parcel of land may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.

“Hagley is a much sought-after address in the West Midlands and this site offers spectacular views of historic Wychbury Hill and the surrounding Clent Hills.”

He added: “Mains services are understood to be available in the vicinity of the site, but prospective buyers should make their enquiries as to the suitability of services for their particular requirements.

“All interested parties should also make their own independent enquiries to the local planning authority – Dudley Council.

“The land is being sold freehold with vacant possession upon completion, and we ask potential bidders to note that a member of Bond Wolfe has a vested interest in the land.”

The plot is among scores of lots lined up for the next Bond Wolfe livestreamed auction, which will start at 9am on Thursday September 14.
