A STOURBRIDGE shop offering organic and eco products has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Ulula at Elmfield School, in Love Lane Oldswinford, was given the score after assessment on November 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Dudley's 314 takeaways with ratings, 134 (43 per cent) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.

Ratings are published on the Food Standards Agency’s website which rates businesses from zero to five so customers can make more informed choices about where to buy food.

A rating of four means hygiene standards are very good.

Ulula, which sells food and drinks as well as gifts and school items, offers products for sale in person and online at ulula.co.uk and bills itself as a “little shop with a big heart”.
