A STOURBRIDGE man is set to appear in court tomorrow charged with 23 counts of theft from a shop or stall.
Steven Parkes, of no fixed address, was also charged with using threatening and offensive behaviour with intent to cause fear to staff.
The offences are alleged to have occurred over a three-month period at convenience stores on Hungary Hill and Worcester Street in Stourbridge with losses amounting to thousands of pounds.
The 31-year-old will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday January 1) - Stourbridge police said.
