POLICE have charged a man in connection with shoplifting offences in Stourbridge.
Marcus Henry, of no fixed address, has been charged with nine counts of theft from a shop or stall and two counts of common assault.
The offences are alleged to have taken place this month, with stores affected incurring losses totalling hundreds of pounds.
The 32-year-old was due to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday January 9).
