HIGHWAYS chiefs have issued a temporary road closure notice for Summer Street, Lye, due to a water leak.
The street is expected to be closed to traffic from today (Thursday January 25) to Monday January 29.
The closure will be in place from the junction of Cemetery Road to 125 Summer Street.
Access only will be permitted due to the one-way nature of the street.
Dudley’s highways department said the temporary closure has been ordered to enable workers to safely fix a water leak.
