HIGHWAYS chiefs said they would be closing Wynall Lane South in Wollescote to traffic today (Friday February 23) to repair a damaged BT pole.
The pole was damaged in a road crash, Dudley Council said, with repairs scheduled to take place today.
A spokesperson for Dudley Council said: “The extent of the road closures will be from Ashfield Crecent to Foxcoat Lane.”
“The restriction is required to facilitate the repair of a BT pole due to RTC.”
A diversion route has been set up to take motorists along Wynall Lane, Brook Holloway, Oldnall Lane, Foxcote Lane and vice versa while the work is carried out.
