ACTIVITIES have been lined up for the May half term to keep little ones active and occupied.

There will be sessions in leisure centres, libraries, Dudley Museum, the Red House Glass Cone and Stourbridge Town Hall.

The borough’s leisure centres will be offering free-swimming, Waikiki Waves family water disco, under 5s splash time, under 5s stay and play, badminton, table-tennis, £1 football sessions, soft play, and activities for children with SEN.

Councillor David Stanley, cabinet member for children’s services at Dudley Council, said: “We are offering a great range of activities to keep youngsters busy over the school holidays, including free swimming at our leisure centres.

“Many of the sessions pre-bookable or run on a first come first served basis and, as always, we are expecting to be busy so we’re asking parents to always check the details of an activity before setting out.”
